I found this album for an excellent price last weekend and got in the mail yesterday. It's certainly not the greatest album I've ever heard, but WOW! The voice, the band Anibade, a majority of the lyrics... It's all very impressive for an independent soul release at the turn of the millennium. This is one of the best songs on the CD; what a songwriter she was and still is! I'm glad she's a considerably popular artist nowadays, but she surely deserves more attention than she gets.

I love it, I saw Ledisi Sunday nite, here in Birmingham, Al. Ledisi was awesome, she gave a great show, her band, her back ground singers, they were absolutely great. I knew Ledisi's music, but after seeing her perform, I am sold. I am Ledisi's #1 fan, She sang like a gift from GOD, and her spirti really shined before my eyes.
