I'm 58 now, to look at me you would think "What an old tosser...." But I was there on the first one/4th Aug with some rather drunken ladies and my hair was longer than my dick. The rest was shite to be honest - Chas/Dave were funny - But when Zepp came on for 4 hours I was in total awe. Unfortunately it was like shagging a supermodel - after that everything else was a bit tame. Thanks Zepp with every inch of my love :-)

Went to Knebworth from NYC just to see Zeppelin. South Side Johnny, from New Jersey also played there. Lost our car. Crowd broke through the fence in the wee hours of the morning. Cold. Had a great time.

The best live gig of all time Probably one of the warmest days of the british summer, can remember a group of guys making a sofa out of beer cans then drinking them as the day went or selling them to those who needed liquid refreshment And to the girl who I met through the Zep part of the gig happy memories :)

Yeah, green lasers in a pyramid shape stick in my mind with Page in the middle and it rotated. The lighting thing that stuck out for me though was when the band came in at the beginning of ''Achilles Last stand''. The whole place seemed to light up with white light!!! Downside? Slept in a field that night under a piece of plastic sheet, severely hungover in the morning and saw that the plastic was obviously ripped off a mattress..it said ''Myers Comfortable beds" on it... lolllllll
