We hear the sound of a distant chantAnd hope someday we canLook through the eyes of those - of those who daredI wish you were hereHear me callingDrowned in the rhyme on the piper's tuneShadows fallingLike the rain on the midnight sunHear me calling outNowhere to runIn search of the fame for the fortune it hidesYou cannot buy, you cry for the moonYou're never gonna live foreverIt's do or die and I still need youHear me callingDrowned in the rhyme on the piper's tuneShadows fallingLike the rain on the midnight sunHear me calling outNowhere to runDo you hear the sound of a distant chant?Do you hope that some day you canLook through the eyes of those - of those who daredI wish you were hereHear me callingDrowned in the rhyme on the piper's tuneShadows fallingLike the rain on the midnight sunHear me calling outNowhere to runHear me callingDrowned in the rhyme on the piper's tuneShadows fallingLike the rain on the midnight sunHear me callingI wish you were hereShadows fallingHear me calling

I was lucky, being a teenager during the 80's , i seen this tour in 1987, would never trade it for living as a teenager in this decade!

I like them all !! In fact , my favorite players are Vinnie Moore , Tony McAlpine , Marty Friedman , Jason Becker , Yngwie , EVH , Warren DeMartini , Paul Gilbert , Andy LaRocque , Chris Impellitteri, Michael Romeo , Ronnie le Tekro ... and Maximun Security is something i listen almost everyday along with Street Lethal by Racer X and Time Odyssey by Vinnie Moore :)

If you love Yngwie and Jason Becker, try listening/playing Vinnie Moore, Tony McAlpine, Gary Hoey, Gary Howe, Marty Friedman, and Joe Stump. Recommend Mind's Eye (Vinnie Moore) or Maximum Security (Tony McAlpine) for starters. Guaranteed you will not be disappointed with any of them.

Thanks for sharing it :) i´m a guitar player as well and Yngwie is by far one of my main guitar influences , Jason Becker had a lot of Yngwie´s touch on his music .

You're a real throwback at your age :-) As a guitarist, you must check out this over the top shredder who composed this clasically inspired masterpiece at 18. youtube/eK0rvReE-4c Cheers.

I thought that this was Saxon when I first heard it back in the 80's. Just now learned it is by Leatherwolf. Great jam!
