no bother,to be fair i've never heard much by leatherface.there was'nt a bad performance from any of the bands that day.

Cheeky cunt?? Don't get a hard on man, it was only a tongue in cheek comment! ..We all have different tastes in bands. Just thought Leatherface had something different and I happen to like a bit of Grunge anyway. Used to love the Upstarts in the day, but last time I saw them play they werent up to much and walked off after 3 songs ..I think on the night Sham were the most enjoyable of the big bands. Purseys still got it!!

For me these were the suprise package of the day. Halfway up the bill, never even heard of them before (embarassingly for me, now I've read about them!), but thought they were brill! Kinda grungey in a way with a bit of a Dinosaur Jr influence in there. Can even forgive them being from Sunderland!! Good stuff! :)
