Thursday nights. the Red Vest Pizza Parlor in El cerrito. Laurie and the Good Old Persons. they played for years there in the 70's. kick is, the joint would announce the pizza order numbers over a mike--during the songs!

Ive only just come across Laurie Lewis, happened to see her on the front of Acoustic Guitar magazine, Im really glad i did, fantastic voice and musicality - have now ordered a few CDs from Amazon. Dont get exposed to enough of this in the UK, thank goodness for You Tube!!
