Laura Branigan - "I Love The Nightlife" [cc] LIVE (1979) video free download
1979, under Sid Bernstein's direction, Laura spent time in Europe, building her stage skills, as well as looking for other areas of exposure. (Soon after, she appeared in a Berlin television movie "An American Girl in Berlin")
Laura was invited to preform on the television series "Gut Gestimmt", translated in English "Stars in the Studio". The show featured the world famous SFB(Sender Freies Berlin) Big Band, conducted by Paul Kuhn. The series brought international superstars to Berlin television. Occasionally, unknown vocalists were invited to the show, which was a great honor and opportunity.
This recording is from vinyl, released in 1980. There is a lot of static in the vocals, which I can't get out. If anyone has a cleaner copy, please share it with Laura's fans! Enjoy!
