Lars H.U.G. (1953-), lead vocalist in danish New Wave punk band "Kliché", recorded his first solo album "City Slang" in 1984. "City Slang" is a dark and poetic record in the tradition of New Wave artists such as Kraftwerk, Roxy Music and David Bowie. The lyrics are written by danish modernist poet Søren Ulrik Thomsen (1956-).
