Larry Norman died of heart disease and complications at his home in Salem, Oregon with family and friends present. We worked together when I worked at Harmony Magazine and fiilled Hamburg Fieldhouse in 1975. We had our differences as all friends do.

I had the vinyl that `Selah` was originally released on and thought the "censored" verse followed up on verse one. The dig at the unnamed televangelist would have worked for a Warren Zevon or Lou Reed but it unfortunately feeds into the portrayal of the "real" Larry Norman from the movie that will remain unnamed.

@larrydavidnormanfan actually what they do is imitating the world in many ways for collecting souls ,and are in rebellion against the principles of Gods economy . That is to have Ecclesiastes in as much city's as possible to magnify Christ in there inner intrinsic oneness expressed locally and on the whole earth as the propagation of the gospel of the kingdom of heaven. To be it and preach it,and not lay again the foundation of redemption and forgiveness.

@treasureinvessel: Yes, I know that would be partly their goal ;). But instead you could go to grootnieuwsradiodotnl. They are not in the broadcasting system and gain no members. Yet they broadcast nationwide, and play a lot of LN songs, among other great artists. They are in fact what EO used to be.

I see this commercial on the bottom '' EO , the Netherlands'' , is it also on your screen in the States or Israel or wherever ?? Is about gaining dutch members in order to keep there rights on television broadcast time , and its not for the furtherance of the Word of God. EO means ''evangelic broadcast'' Let me know.
