Lana Pellay "Pistol in My Pocket" - original edit 1986 video free download
This is the original edit NOT approved by the record label - ie. you probably won't see it anywhere else. Including artwork by late Trojan at the beginning and end of the middle eight (the instrumental bit in the middle.) I'm not sure if there are any other differences - I only have the edit list for this original version and don't remember if there were other changes we had to make. Please let me know if you notice any.
Technical info: shot on 13 February 1986 at Charlk Farm Studios and at Maximus; Director John Maybury, Art Director Trojan, Stylist Leigh Bowery, Choreographer Leslie Bryant, Producer David Dawson.

Also, the shot of the person at 1:42 - 1:43 with the blonde hair is NOT in the FINAL cut!!! And, OH MY! The scene with the hand with the gun at 1:49 - 1:54 is NOT in the final cut!!! And at 2:05 - 2:09 when Lana says 'You have the right to an eterny and just one phone call' with the scene of the the extra added arm with the black sleeve and phone scene is NOT in the final cut :-( THIS first version is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much better!12 years ago

Also, the bit when Lana says 'FREEZE'... In the FINAL CUT the picture freezes and here on the first take it does NOT! Yep, the 1st cut here has SOOOO much more visible shots of the fabulous club kids at Taboo where on the FINAL cut you have to analyze more!!! :-( about a minute ago · Like12 years ago

I uploaded the FINAL video version on my channel and there is quite a difference! This 1st cut has waaaay MORE club kids shots which is just AMAZZZZZZZZZZZZING with more dance moves and head shots! :-) Also different camera shots and more gun pointing by Lana PLUS moooore club kids footage which is GREAT. Interesting INDEED that there was an original cut!12 years ago
