Which song is better all comes down to personal preference. The two versions are vastly different in style. I personally prefer the original version, but that doesn't really make it "better" than this version, you can't really compare them. Too bad this was what they mostly played on the radio.

Yea, I'm late with commenting, oh well, lol. Now, everyone is all like, "Her original is so sad and for goth people, ugh". I'm sorry to tell you, but that's the point of her song. Her song fits that mood, as much as I like this version as well, it seems weird she would be excited for being sad. I mean, would you guys start jamming out and say you have depression in a happy way? I would hope not. All I want to say is, both versions are great, like what you like, but don't hate the original for full-filling the intended feeling/mood
