Lagwagon is an American punk rock band originally based in Goleta, located just outside Santa Barbara, California. Their name is derived from the band's old tour van, which can been seen on the reverse of the Trashed album. The band has 10 releases through Fat Wreck Chords: seven studio albums, one EP, one live album and a collection of B-sides, compilation tracks and demos (with some new songs),and their song "May 16" being used in the Tony Hawk's Pro Skater line of video games. Lead singer Joey Cape is also in Me First and the Gimme Gimmes and The Playing Favorites, and was in Bad Astronaut. The band went on hiatus around 2000 and reunited in 2002, releasing the album Blaze the following year. In 2004, Cape released a split album with No Use for a Name vocalist Tony Sly featuring acoustic versions of songs by both bands. On November 1, 2005, Lagwagon released Resolve, which is a homage to the life of Derrick Plourde, original drummer for Lagwagon and Bad Astronaut. Lagwagon's most recent release is the 2008 EP I Think My Older Brother Used to Listen to Lagwagon. As of 2007, Lagwagon has begun writing new material for an as-yet-untitled eighth studio album due out in 2009. Most recently, Cape also just finished recording his first solo album, entitled Bridge.

I am so excited that I found this video...I have only seen them play this song live maybe three or four times out of like the fifty shows I've seen live in San Diego throughout my life. It's one of those gems off Hoss that you're so glad to see that they also see it as a nice little number to throw in their set. It's my favorite song lyrically off the album.
