Lacrimas Profundere дословно переводится с латинского как «лить слёзы».Эту немецкую команду основал в 1993 году гитарист по имени Оливер Шмид (экс «Dark eternity») при активном участии вокалиста Кристофера Шмида. В середине 2004 года группа выпустила альбом «Ave End». Это была музыка которая отличались от прежнего творчества группы. Сочетание готической меланхолии смешанной с рок и металл корнями.
