This isn't a patch on the original by The slickers. For me UB40 lost their way musically, I dunno they kind of went too commercial, but I have a lot of respect for how they promoted reggae and brought the music of great Jamaican musicians and singers into the homes of people who had never heard them before. If you haven't already I'd advise checking out the originals of all the songs on Labour of Love 1 & 2, most of which were written and performed by great reggae artists9 years ago
