This song is called "Flattop". I'm enrolled in the 2011 Leo Kottke Summer Workshop that the Peck School of the Arts hosts every summer and this song is one of the three that we're studying. Thanks for the video! =)

The one thing that I notice about Leo Kottke's playing technique is that his RH m and a fingers are planted at the same time on adjacent strings. They seem glued together for many, many of his tunes.
