Think of it like this, you spend days working on a painting that looks like no other with your own custom paint and symbolism not used by anyone else and is absolutely gorgeous and when you put it in an art show, it gets put into a room with pictures similar to it and people look at it and say "It's nothing special. It looks like all the rest in this room. Besides, that one has more color." For an artist of both music and pictures, that sucks.

@spastic017 Yea, but back in the 90's, that's basically what they were. Up until White Pony, their songs had all the elements that make Nu Metal. But they have all the reason to not want to be Nu Metal. They're trying to have their own music (which I think they finally got it starting with SNW) and they get lumped over with the likes of Fred Durst, 1 of the most hated ppl in music, and Korn, who at the time was already dieing off.
