This clip is from a VHS tape collection called HARD N' HEAVY, which was sort of a "video magazine" that was released every few months in the early 90's. Each "issue" was a new VHS tape. I had a bunch of them, including this one. Thanks so much for posting!

Yes, Brian is the one with the black hair, and Ronnie's the one with the long brown hair. Donnie Purnell is the bassist on albums. (except for the new live one, as he isn't in the band anymore) He is/was also the main songwriter.
