but that stuff was overdubbed...seriously, I've heard the raw tapes from back then, his voice was shot from touring...they re-did that in studio

What I mean is the attitude. Listen to albums back in 75, listen to his Alright! between songs on Alive. Listen to 100,000 years on Alive. The James Brown stuff he used to do he cant do anymore.

Paul cant sing the tone anymore that he had back in the day. Its too much Lick It Up and Heaven's On Fire singing. He cant do the 'Anything For My Baby" or "Room Service" from the gut singing anymore.
