I don't know if you guys have any professional experience or training, but if there's one piece of unsolicited advice you should take from a stranger on youtube it's this: Vibrato has absolutely no place in multitrack vocal singing. I know it's a technique often taught to professional vocalists, but it simply ruins a great arrangement of music like this. If you guys are all serious about singing multipart a cappella, then you each need to learn to sing pure monotonic notes. It's very difficult which is why vibrato is taught, but it's the single most important thing you can do. When two or more people are both singing, any slight variation in pitch from either person causes bad beat frequencies, out of tempo with the song, that become amplified by the interference between singers. Having more people just makes it worse. If you want some examples of fantastic monotonic singers, just look up some/any of the barbershop quartet champions from the last few decades.
