As I watch this, ET started in 1982, lets all remember, I was born in '66, was a Kiss fan at a very young age, like Dimebag Darrell in fact, and Eddie Trunk. He's a year older then me or so. I think back and can't believe how much the World has changed, but KISS music is like an anchor in the water that still brings you back to what is their essence

I wish Kiss took that long back in the day. Kiss was actually sell out bu rereleasing songs on new album. And yeah...The Elder...really? The world could do without that album.

I love it, as the lies still keep coming. This TV host alleges that by 1981 KISS had sold over 40 million albums. They look shocking with the short hair. Paul looks thev worst and at least could laugh at himself. He later claimed that he looked like a transvestite version of Duran Duran's Simon Le Bon. That''s very astute.

I enjoy listening to "The Elder" (when the mood takes me), but I can only IMAGINE the SHOCK and CONFUSION that Kiss fans must have gone through when they heard this album for the first time back in 1981! Half of them must have thought there was mix up at the record plant :-P
