This music reminds me of my uncle and grandparents on my dad's side passed away. My uncle died from drowning. I may not have been close to him, but his death was shocking it broke me. My grandparents on my dad's side died of cancer, I couldn't hold my tears at the memorial; my dad was hugging me and I was crying my eyes out into him.

What a year 2005 was they just don't make great films like this anymore, it brought us so many great films with incredibly tragic deaths Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire and this have to probably be my most favorite sad movie endings of 2005.

This just shows that man will kill what it doesn't understandLike the army is the movie wanted to just take down Kong when Kong wanted peace not death

The end part literally tore me up in tears, couldn't hold it back when I was reminded how cruel humanity can be.

I always cry at this scene when I watch it. I'll even cry to only listening to this song & not watch the sequence.

when this movie came out, i had jsut gotten back from my home country, the xbox 360 had just come out, i lived across the street from my best friend, i visited a gamestop when it was still cool before they hired uptight people, and life was simple and still fun to be a teen, smartphones did not yet exist, facebook was not mainstream, instagram, twitter and all that other crap was still just an idea,.... so many good things

How did this not get at least a nomination for an Oscar. Seriously fuck the academy.
