Well, ofcourse I understand you (and sorry if my english are not good). But, I do not think american rappers are the best rappers in this world. AND, I do not think that fame has anything to do with quality. Well, I'm not even sure if you understand what I want to say (cause I'm not an american, so my english are not good enough) but I think USA has some (many) really good rappers but the best of theme. And, generally, there is another world beyond USA.
