actually yes. a vevo subscription is 20$ a year. its an "open to anyone" entry, you just gotta have a video quality that they'll accept. also on top of that, mtv 2, mtv, bet, vh1 etc, are 35$ each to submit your music video to, in which if they accept the video, it will be aired.
