Fellowsqueakers asked "why were only 6 guys dancing out of 6000"The crowd was reported to be 500,000 !! and if the time it took for two of us to stride out of the arena is anything to go by, The estimate seems pretty accurate.Well done the 6 anyhow, they must have been the only ones with enough space to struggle to their feet. The guy up the lamp post arguably made it 7 anyway. I recall the day well, scorching hot, even for London. Crimson were excellent on the day, still enjoy listening to their 70's albums now.

In the documentary "Prog rock Britannia" they were saying that after King Crimson finished this very inspired performance of "Schizoid man" for a couple of minutes the entire audience was silent being completely in awe of what they just witnessed.But then they erupted in the biggest applause King Crimson ever had.
