"Kilimanjaro" - a music band that combines true masters of their craft and it is already well known and loved by the public.

Kornei (Vladimir) Lekus - a songwriter, vocal soloist, film and theater actor and Ilya Rozovsky, a guitar-soloist and co-writer of music and a former guitarist of the legendary music band "Vermicelli Orchestra".

At times the band was joined by various impressive percussionists and other musicians such as Oleg "Sharr" Shavkunov, percussionist of the music band "Aquarium", Adrey Panin who is known for his unique percussion culture absorption of the Far East all the way through to the Wild West. His many notable and well known projects include "Simba Vibration", "Testo", "SOULMAMA", and many more. Alexey Belyakov an exceptional bassist who is known for his performances in "Scheidenbach", "Carnelian", "Vetrov.

Collaboration of these outstanding individuals gave birth to a unique style that prefers the natural birth of music rather than fixed stylistic scopes. Unlike anything else the band explores with rock, trip-hop, folklore, blues and more in their delivery, with energy and soul making "Kilimanjaro" an energy driven and spectacular music band of all time!

Основатели и идейные вдохновители группы:

вольный ловец песен, актер театра и кино Корней (Владимир) Lekus и Илья Розовский, гитарист и сотворец музыки (гитарист легендарной группы «Оркестр Вермишель» / «Vermicelli Orchestra»).

В свое время к ним примкнули: Солнцеподобный и великолепный Олег «Шарр» Шавкунов, перкуссионист группы «Аквариум» потрясающий перкуссионист и барабанщик Андрей Панин, глубоко проникнувший в тайны музыки разных народов от дальнего востока до дикого запада (был замечен во многих известных проектах, таких как «Simba Vibration», "Testo», "SOULMAMA" и т.д.) и неповторимый басист Алексей Беляков, известный по проектам: «Scheidenbach», «Сердолик», «Проект ВетровЪ».

Сплав этих незаурядных личностей позволил появиться на свет одной из самых романтичных и в то же время безбашенно- драйвовых групп современности «КИЛИМАНДЖАРО»!
