I Love the live Rock im Park concert video as Kid Rock sings. It makes me actually cry sometimes, because I can relate to the pain he's feeling in the song. I cannot relate all of it, however, because I'm not famous, a star, or a man. But, I wanted to escape my pain, I've searched for love, that I've never found. I do also feel that people don't understand the things that I say and do, or everything that I've just been through. And, I keep trying, and sometimes there doesn't feel like a point to it, (except for my son), but sometimes I want to give up, and I keep going, and only G-D knows why. I do know that I don't go to the river, and give up, because of my son.

Love Kid Rock, such a beautiful song, but.... did he have to say the "Fkn" river to end it? Kinda blew the ending for me. Had it bookmarked till then. This is the song the critics said didn't belong on the album. Man were they wrong. My favorite Kid Rock song

I love these live versions that prove KR does not need the auto-tune sound to sound great.Sure he does not have the absolute perfect voice of a Chris Martin or something but it is damn good with or without auto-tune.The effect is a part of the song not a part of the singer.
