This is My Oedipus Complex by Kid Rock off of his 2nd album The Polyfuze Method, released in 1993. This song is very, very rare, and if you can find a copy of Polyfuze, it will most likely be $60 or more, more commonly around $100.

I still have original from 93' but it's seen better days. Found a bootleg at local CD store around 99' (might have been 02') being passed off as legit. Knowing what it was, I bought it, though it has issues that were actually caused from the cheap jerk that did the transfer w/o checking if it sounded OK. Thankfully it only happens during intro :)

Ahh pre redneck era kid rock. I was lucky enough to have a friend copy this for me. After Devil without a cause, IMO, it was all downhill into white trash abyss

I've been a fan of Kid Rock since the early 90's. I was lucky enough to own a copy of ESMP as well as the EP Fire It Up cassette tape. I sold them both for 200 dollars on EBAY almost 12 years ago. That 16 dollars paid off. Of course I burned a few copies of EMSP and dubbed a copy of the Fire It Up cassette tape before selling them.

@vazqum1 There are no chords, listen to the guitar, it's lead, not chords. There are only twelve notes find the first one by trying each over the first note, and then move to the next, and do the same.

I DONT GIVA FUCK WAT PEOPLE SAY ABOUT KID ROCK. HE HAS TOUCHED MY LIFE SO MUCH WITH HIS PURE TALENT. THIS SONG IS DEEP AND IF YOU DONT RELATE TO IT YOU DONT FEEL IT. THIS ORIGINAL VERSION OF THIS SONG IS BETTER THEN THE HISTORY OF ROCK ONE..
