The artistes need to move with the trends. In order for our Caribbean Artistes and their music to expand territories and touch the European, Asian Markets they need to cross over to more electronic music which is heard in the clubs. I like the fact that they are making a number of songs for the season which cater for their local markets and abroad. Great creativity which of course leads to great evolving. The problem for most people is that this, no apology, circles all have pop melodies that we can't wine and jam to like soca we have become accustom to. Kerwin vocals and melodies and the arrangements are one point. Just probably too fast for people expecting him to defend his title.9 years ago
