@jazzgent It's a song that pianist Mal Waldron wrote for Billie Holiday. Billie wrote the lyric for it. Abbey Lincoln sang the version of it that I like best. If you search here on YouTube for "Abbey Lincoln Left Alone" you'll be able to hear it.
