Ken's finest period. I hate to say it because he seems to have been desperately unhappy. But on Touched music and emotion reach the peaks; since then his work has been a bit contrived. This song has always broken my heart.

Ha, I've just realised you got the lyrics slightly wrong: "They're afraid HE'D speak their minds and say" "Not a pleasant subject, i wouldn't blame you for turning away" "Til you find yourself alone" Furthermore i'd like to suggest that what he's really saying is "Find yourself a loan", and that this song is really just a paean to capitalism.
