Bzzzt! Wrong. The Fender Aerodyne P-Bass has a single coil Jazz Bass pickup in the bridge and binding around the top of the guitar. It's an ESP Precision Bass with, if I recall correctly, an active preamp of some sort. The bassist and guitarist were endorsed by ESP around this time and until Kemuri broke up. The guitarist is playing a Navigator Les Paul with EMG pickups.

All of the answers people have given you are incorrect. It is the Aerodyne Classic Precision Bass, which is no longer in production, and has been out of production for several years. It is definitely not Mark Hoppus Sig. It's a Fender Aerodyne series.

@jackatak9119 Just saw this post. Oops, you already knew it was an ESP. Still, get yourself a nice Precision Bass and you'll get this sound with little work.

@jackatak9119 It's a custom built Fender Precision-style bass made by ESP Japan. Any Precision Bass with fresh roundwound strings and careful attention to your amp's settings will get you this sound though.
