This video put into images every thought and feeling I ever had. I didn't believe in anxiety before this video, as I watched it I began to cry, cry so hard because someone had depicted my deep down feelings. I finally felt normal... there was a name for my craziness.. Anxiety. Please don't let others opinions impeach on you, Anxiety, Mental illness is real. I thought it was fake and I was weird before this video, I didn't think it was a real illness just a bunch of excuses people told for attention. But it certainly is real and I am now on meds to control it, I found an amazing doctor and am working through it. Please don't ever feel alone.6 years ago
