Channel 4 is a commercial channel that has nothing to do with the BBC. It's early remit was to provide alternative programming and it was therefore given some of the BBC licence fee to help achieve this but it was not actually a part of the BBC. As far as I'm aware there was no commercial realease for this programme. Though there might might be copies available for promotional reasons, it's more likely they are bootlegs copied from TV.

It was recorded for the BBC's TV 4. Channel 4 is a commercial channel. I saw it when it was first broadcast. Unfortunately the DVD is Region 1 only, so we in Europe are frozen out of this magnificent album. Dipak Nandy

With her voice, she's so in tune with the instruments. Her voice is like a fine tuned guitar or whatever happens to be playing. It's sometimes hard to differentiate the two. I can't get enough of her singing and come back over and over and listen to her magnificent voice. I just listened to "Luck in my Eyes" which is another winner. She's one of the hardest working women that I've ever witnessed. I wish we could all put her in the Hall of Fame. How does it happen? Let's do it!

Kd lang is, when that's her preference, one of the GREATEST Western Music Artists, up there with Marty Robbins and Patsy!

@bleaufire Chris Isaak wrote the song for his 1985 release, Silvertone.

As k.d. and Percy said, "such a guy!" Oh yes, such a guy. We love that youthful sass, this enigmatic youngster we know as k.d. lang! k.d. was never an "extra- just a backup singer." She sang with Jennifer Warnes and Bonnie Raitt for Roy Orbison and his star-studded "Black and White Night" production and what a production it was! k.d. lang was ALWAYS a headliner or a partner singing duet with the best! The newest of the k.d. following must get all we can give to bring them all up to speed!
