Channel 4 is a commercial channel that has nothing to do with the BBC. It's early remit was to provide alternative programming and it was therefore given some of the BBC licence fee to help achieve this but it was not actually a part of the BBC. As far as I'm aware there was no commercial realease for this programme. Though there might might be copies available for promotional reasons, it's more likely they are bootlegs copied from TV.12 years ago

With her voice, she's so in tune with the instruments. Her voice is like a fine tuned guitar or whatever happens to be playing. It's sometimes hard to differentiate the two. I can't get enough of her singing and come back over and over and listen to her magnificent voice. I just listened to "Luck in my Eyes" which is another winner.
