People think she "can't sing" because they edit the hell out of her voice in the studio, to make the song more commercial. Then people, who naturally expect the live version to sound exactly like the studio one, think she can't sing. She can actually sing really really good, people who think she sounds awful literally know nothing about singing skills. She hit every note perfectly.
