Karine and brother Steven wrote the song inspired by Anthony Baxter's award-winning documentary "You've Been Trumped". The film exposes the environmental and economic folly of Donald Trump's exclusive golf development in Aberdeenshire and its devastating personal human impact.

I was very lucky to see Karine at Ely folk fest last weekend. Words fail me as to how wonderful she & her brother & the other woman in the trio were. With regard to the subject that this song embodies, characters such as Trump cannot be reasoned with as they are hell bent on putting profit before anything else, there are two courses of action that can be taken. Firstly, & only for the brave is direct action (see 'seize the day') secondly, a boycott of all his companies.

Beautiful song, heard whilst watching the shocking 'You've Been Trumped' Doc. The Police, Media, and more importantly, Alex Salmond, should hang their heads in shame. Utterly appalling contempt for our wild countryside and the people who live alongside it. If thats Scottish Independance in action - Then the very best of British to the people North of the Border. Salmond and his nutcase cronies will be the ruination of Scotland.

I saw "You've Been Trumped" earlier, and I was incensed to think that people could be treated this way, on our islands,in this day and age, by a goddam, arrogant, rich yank! Shame on him and his cronies! Shame on the Scottish Government! Shame on the building contractors. Shame on the Police! I've probably missed some people out, but that'll do for a start!
