Punkrockowa grupa ze Słupska. Założona w 1982 roku. Dwukrotnie występowali na festiwalu w Jarocinie (1985, 1986), laureat Złotej Dziesiątki. Uczestnik warszawskich Róbrege.

Po wydaniu jubileuszowej płyty pt. Anarchiva, Karcer zapowiedział kolejny album. Grupa ciągle aktywna na koncertach.
