To the best of my knowledge this is the only recording capturing Kansas' attempt to play this track off of their 1988 album "In The Spirit Of Things" live.
Recorded in Stroudsburg, PA at the Sherman Theatre on February 6th, 2010. Another document of Kansas' close relationship with Pennsylvania making it THE state to see a Kansas show in. Ticket stub provided by myself, not from that date but from the same year and state - so, close enough.

Kansas did play on that date in that venue, but Stand Beside Was not performed until the 21st show at the same venue.11 years ago

There are, I found One from the 19th and from an unknown date. The 19th is the first time they ever played it, and you had the wrong date for this recording, which was the 21st.11 years ago

I have been going to Stroudsburg for 51 years and Its great that this theater had Kansas! As a kid going on vacation at near by Pinebrook the kids that were into rock and roll from Pa always mentioned that Kansas had deep respect for the state and that was back in 76.They said it reminds them of Kansas.Thanks for this video and thank you Sherman theater for keeping rock alive! Wow Ill be 52 it was only yesterday me and my friends use to bring our guitars and jam in that town!11 years ago

Thank you for your comment. I was not at this show, so I would not know. To the best of my knowledge the song was dropped soon after this show and was not put back into their set list. None of the recordings from 2011 (Europe, Japan & US dates) have it.11 years ago
