This is truly a beautiful song, so for those of you who don't understand Norwegian (and their Stavanger-dialect), I recomend to check the lyrics out on kaizers.konzertjunkie.

My girl told me the most touching thing today. At the moment I finished reading, I sat still for two seconds, and then 1:54 happened, and it just threw me into emotions. This song is beautiful, and it has great powers.

For translations of all the Kaizer's lyrics, visit kaizers.konzertjunkie and go to the lyrics page. They've got most, if not all, of Kaizer's songs with both Norwegian and English lyrics, so one can sing along and understand at the same time :)

Yes she did, and she also listed the english translation for the lyrics. :) And it's seperate, no affiliation to the satw characters

Brutalt. Men hvad fanden, folk døde jo som fluer dengang. Det har sikkert været nemmere at holde styr på. I dag er det en katastrofe hvis en enkelt soldat bliver såret.

Nej, før i tiden, både i Danmark og Norge havde soldaterne hver deres nummer.

Did Humon make a drawing for this? As part of satw or just separate?

I always thought 170 was the unit he was assigned to.
