real country music peaked around 1970 and by the late 70's it was gone completely . this crap now should be against the law to make. I can't understand how anyone can listen to it .

Used ta be , the new crop would study and or pattern themselves after those who had gone before & tweak old favorites a little & have hits just from That . Since 2000 or just a little before , all these newbies Do , is throw some country-Sounding ingredients & Names of Country Greats in a pot of water & serve it up cold & un-stirred . Then they make declarations of how very Country they are in these " songs " ..........Un - Real ! ........

I always liked it when Justin was on the Opry and this is one of my favorite songs of his, I know E.T. was proud of him E.T didn't have to see him die so soon, I was backstage a lot of the times he was on. I think he should have got more famious than he did Just like the song says Whats wrong with the way we're doing it now,Of course he was singing it in the days country was country.
