It's so much easier to like a song if you can't understand the lyrics. You can just enjoy the sound and beat.... In the same vein, songs in a language you don't understand always better than if you knew what cliche' crap they were saying.

I listened the HELL out of this in like 1999. I never really figured out the lyrics though.

Finally found this song, have been looking under "Urban dance squad" (the band the singer was in) to no avail.

I got this album for my 15th birthday...played it for two years (10 cd's and 40 casettetapes was all i music that i had!) and now tracks like these are attached to a lot of memories...most of them being the (teenage) kick blasting this at the loudest my cheap Aiwa stereo 'tower' could handle!

A song to start the weekend with. From the last album Junkie XL made in their original line-up. With Rudeboy Remmington (Patrick Tilon/Urban Dance Squad) and Tom Holkenborg.Probably the best song they made when their sound was more "big beats".

Fond memories of this track, also one of the few tracks I actually purchased on single-CD. I still have it lying around somewhere, with the drag racer on the cover. Amazing track, genius sampling and solid voice work. Amazing bassline too. Such an uplifting track, I should listen to it more often.
