Voice, yes, phrasing, indeed!, if you listen closely she will take you to school on phrasing. Sometimes I don't hear her take a breath for a long time. And it is also about her voice control. It was awesome to hear the tribute to sound of Music performed so ably by Lady Gaga at the Oscars award show this year, 2015. JULIE ANDREWS, now THIS is a voice.
