It is a classic show tune from the 1937 Rodgers and Hart musical "Babes In Arms." This clip is taken from the 1982 PBS TV broadcast of the program "Alltime American Songbook." Judy says she first learned the song from her father when she was in grade school. She recorded it for her 1979 album, "Hard Times For Lovers."
