I get that the beat is pretty much the same as dark horse, but honestly, the two songs are totally different. I only heard it because I was actively looking for it. Even then it took like 3 plays. Not enough to sue someone. Nicki Minaj's Anaconda is directly ripped of that song from the 80's or whenever it was, I can't remember the name of it, but she's not getting sued.. Another pop star took something directly out of take on me, which, out of all the songs from that time period they could have copied, why that one? Anyways, you don't see them getting sued. This is not going to go through, so I hope they have the money to pay in court. It just is not that similar. At all. I'm sure there are tons of songs with this beat. Not trying to insult them or anything...
