I can take both singers, Mr Perry and Mr Penida in the role of lead singer for Journey. Mr Perry's voce has a sweetness not often heard in rock and rock and Mr Pineda dan definitely hold his own against his predecessor. I'm just glad they found such a terrific replacement.

You can cut my fingers if I am wrong. I think it wasn't Arnel's dream of joining the Journey. It was the Journey who did everything in their power to have Arnel. You can verify history for that matter. In my personal opinion the later can live at peace without the former but the former may not be doing what they are doing right now without the later. Probably they are still looking for a vocalist who is at least close to SP. The issue here is whether the Journey's new vocalist can sing those songs that made the journey on the spotlight.

look, why are you so mad just because they have arnel penida right now? steve is gone and they need replacement, what if arnel penida is not there.. then there will be no journey anymore....who will be the one to sing their songs now that their vocalist is gone? none....so why can't you just accept him? at-least they found a singer who has the same voice with the original....do you guys want less or a bad singer for the band?
