this is THE ALBUM that represents, for me, the early 90's... don't ask me why. i love it, but it's not even my favorite. it's just a matter of circumstance, time and place... bought while living in L.A. in '92. the dark vibe makes me think of someone who resembles a young Samuel Beckett, on a cold, misty day, about to throw himself headfirst into a river or ocean.
