@Doublestyle045 I can't believe how often music gets turned into a competition, How about Johnny was thanking old Keith for writing such a great riff! Also, Keith was always more of a rhythm guitarist and played lead when he had to mostly. At this point they hadn't gotten Mick Taylor yet and Brian Jones was too wasted. Johnny's a bad ass lead, but I'll put Keith's rhythm on this tune up against anybody's.

Good golly Miss Molly! On a 15x20 stage those boys are going nuts! Guitar ninja mania- holy moley- at about 4 minutes, Randy Jo Hobbes looks like he's smiling at some girl off camera and Derringer is jumping around on these 4 inch silver platform shoes like he's choreographed AND IT'S LIVE! The Stones are great, this is great, IT'S ALL GREAT! Look at those outfits, that sparkle double bass kit - MAN! That Firebird Johnny's playing is wailing-Don't compare- they don't- LOVE IT ALL! WOW!

@benuchie listen to the 1973 version by the stones from their european tour, the brussel concert, mick taylor is second guitar player, the best the stones ever had, he's on fire like hendrix and clapton trough their best times, he uses muted wah wah during the solos, there is no better, more powerfull or faster version of the song. really, the muted wah is unbeatable.

@liamwood2 this was the time to be a guitar player. I use to spend hours trying to figure the guitar style guys like Winters were playing back then. I saw these guys play at the college I was going to in 1974. The guitarist playing back-up to Winters in this video was blowing him right off the stage.
