In 1958, this song, as sung by Johnny, was nominated for an Academy Award, for the movie of the same name.

While listening recently, I started thinking about old movies and the actors that made me smile. at just the thought of them. No matter how young or old you are, I'm sure you will recognize some of the most wonderful actors of all time in this video. Can you name them all? I'm sharing some of my favorites with you, as Johnny brings me back with his beautiful voice.

Thanks Maria (19Rebel57) for the three Johnny Mathis photos.. I appreciate them very much.

Actors:

Dear ReadMeReadYou, I would like to know who you are. And how do you upload all of these songs. I think you might remember me because of the talk I had with you last time about my emotions and feelings on Christmas. I'm sorry for asking but I just wanted to know who you really are.

What a treat! I love this song and have waited for it more than any other when I have seen Johnny perform live. I never understood why this song is not as popular with Mathis fans as some of his others. There is something about the innocence of his smile on the album cover and the simplicity of his style in this song that I find captivating. The movie as not highly regarded but I liked it, undoubtedly influenced by Johnny's contribution. Thanks for another wonderful video!

I'm now 66 years old (hard to believe) and grew up with Johnny Mathis. Loved him in my teens and still love his mastery of the voice today. He is awesome and there never will be someone to replace him.
