Once again, the voice of an angel. Singing now in the heavenly choir.Serious question. Why didn't Johnny goon to be one of the all-time greats? I feel that with the right management & production he could have been another Bobby Darin, Al Martino or even Sinatra. Al Martino started with 50's pop music, Frank was bobby sox stuff. Darin was pure rock & roll with a little NYC doo-wop & rockabilly thrown in. They all went on to different genres of music etc., and hit the big time. I know Johnny was satisfied & happy, what with the Crests & Brooklyn Bridge, but he should have been a superstar.
