the raspy voice guy just kills it period. but how cann you compete with statics version when he actually had aaliyah in mind while singing this. you cant beat true emotions. statics verision is lowkey like he just made up his mind to confess. and raspy voice guy(sry that i dont know his name ^^) is straightforward. just two different approaches. so yeah i guess i like both versions.
