@musicmandon1 How was Melanie Safka a puzzling guest on the Johnny Cash Show when he had the Guess Who,Derek & The Dominos & the Monkees on his show throughout its 2 year run as well?Oh yeah,I forgot about Louis Armstrong too.Johnny Cash insisted that the show be filmed in Nashville and that it featured artists from various musical genres.

Haha. That's funny. Flubs the G cord......Johnny's guitar is turned off, like it should be. he could only hope to be her back up.

@Mrturtlelover26 Johnny Cash was way better than most of the singers in the entire freaking world. Melanie's mike was too low, so what talent she did have was hidden by some idiot who didn't know how to do a level check. She was good, but a puzzling guest at best on the Johnny Cash show.

What?? I can't even believe you said that krap. Melanie is awesome - always was, always will be. Johnny was lucky to be on the same stage with her.

Melanie's a honey, but she's not in Johnny's league. It took all his talent just to keep her from sounding worse.

This song seems perfect for Melanie. I also love the great tone Johnny produces here.
