It won the 1987 ARIA Award for 'Best Country Album'...it was 'Album Of The Year' at the 1987 Australian Country Music Awards...and, it racked up enough sales for it to be certifed Triple Platinum.

Tucked away amongst John's own stellar compositions on the LP was this interpretation of the Stan Coster classic, popularised by Slim Dusty.

John gave the song his own, unmistakeable JW treatment.
